Kat is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified personal trainer in Washington, D.C. with a specialized certification in prenatal and postpartum fitness. She started running in elementary school and running has stuck with her ever since! She has completed several half marathons and still runs regularly. In college, she turned to the martial art of taekwondo, earning the level of black belt. Her other fitness interests include: dancing, skiing, tennis, volleyball, backpacking, and hiking with her husband and daughter.
Kat loves strength training and functional fitness for the mental and physical benefits it can bring. She looks forward to working with you to achieve your fitness goals and maintain a fit and healthy life!
